Child Development Centers - Franklin School-Age Child Development Center - Pre-K Counts
This full-day, school-year program is intended to give children an early educational boost that will help them make a successful transition to kindergarten and elementary school. Grant funding covers all costs of Pre-K Counts. The program primarily is for low-income households, though families with higher incomes also may enroll their children.
