Concern for Health Options, Information Care and Education - Hotlines
CHOICE Hotlines (Serving Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties): The CHOICE Hotline helps thousands of callers each year make informed personal decisions about their sexual and reproductive health care needs. CHOICE Counselors provide education, counseling, and referrals to people who are often in crisis when they call and require immediate, accurate, and unbiased health care information. In addition to providing education and information, Hotline Counselors solicit consumer feedback and work with health care providers to improve client services. Most of CHOICE's services are delivered over confidential, bilingual (Spanish/English and other languages through a translation service) telephone hotlines which are staffed by trained, professional counselors. 215-985-3300 Outside Philadelphia: 800-848-3367 Spanish: 215-985-3350 TTY: 215-985-3309 The Blueprint for a Safer Philadelphia Hotline: A 10-year community-based violence prevention program designed to eliminate youth homicides in Philadelphia.
