Services include:
- Administration of the Federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, which provides funds for housing rehabilitation, public works and limited human service programs that meet the needs of low-income Lancaster City residents
- Administration of federal Home funds for low-income Lancaster city residents and community-based, non-profit corporations. Monies are available to provide additional assistance for housing rehabilitation, rental housing and renovation, and new construction of affordable housing
- Administration of the following programs:
