Critical Repair Program
Loan program provides financial and technical assistance for the critical repairs of eligible, owner-occupied single family housing units in the City of Lancaster.
Types of Repairs:
- Water Heater
- Broken Sewer Pipes
- Non-Operable Furnaces (winter)
- Roof Repair/Replacements
- Structural Problems
- Plumbing
- Electrical

Lead Poison Prevention Program:
- Lead testing of Federally Assisted Units
- Investigation of Properties that Lead Poisoned Children Reside in
- Enforcement of Contractors in Violation of the City's Lead Ordinance
- Provide Contractor Lead Certification Training and community outreach
- Perform Lead Hazard Renovations to owner occupied rental properties
