City of Reading - Citizens Service Center

Exists to serve citizens by educating and addressing municipal questions and needs. This can be done in one of three ways: through our Treasury Office, Call Center or Website.

- Treasury Office: Accepts payment of all City of Reading bills and fees except water (RAWA) bills. Allows walk-ins and processes payments received by all City of Reading departments. Additionally, Treasury posts payments to applicable accounts, and provides account balances upon request.

- Call Center: Manages the city toll-free phone number. Answers citizens questions and responds to citizens request. Log missed trash and recycling occurrences. Accept calls in English and Spanish.
• The City's Fire and Rescue Department is providing free smoke detectors, complete temporary installations and fire prevention literature to approved applicants. Please call for more information.
