Eligibility: Contact office to discuss income restrictions Water Assistance Hardship Program - Applicants must be a Reading Area Water Customer and must be a homeowners, not tenants; Must meet certain income guidelines; and must be current on their existing bills. May receive one time a year - up to $150.00 in credit on the water, sewer, trash and recycling bills.
