Housing Coalition of Clinton County
Transitional Housing for Homeless Families - Clinton County
Transitional housing program for homeless families and individuals. Families can live there while they save their own earned income to pay for security deposits, first month's rent, back rent, utilities and other future needs. A case worker and peer volunteer meet with each resident or family is weekly to assess their progress and hold them accountable to the CCHC's Seven-Step Program. The steps are adapted to individual needs and are carried out on a weekly basis. Follow-up and ongoing mentoring provide ongoing assessment, supervision, personal development, and problem-solving.
