CEO - COVID Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance Program
Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Program provides assistance to Luzerne and WyomingCounty households that are unable to pay rent and/or utilities due to COVID-19 Pandemic.

Eligibility: Must meet all eligibility criteria.
* Must be a renter, residing in Luzerne or Wyoming County.
* Must qualify for Unemployment or have experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19.
* Must demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or loss of housing stability.
* Must meet the program's gross household area median income guidelines. Call or visit website for income guidelines.
Hours: Office: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Closed for lunch noon to 1pm).
These funds may be used to assist households with rental and utility costs incurred between March 12, 2020 and December 31, 2021.

Renter Application required along with require documentation.
Landlord Application - Info to be supplied by the landlord.
