Support Services Navigation and Opioid Use Disorder Housing Services - Commission on Economic Opportunity - Wilkes Barre
Services for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD); designed to connect these individuals to safe, stable and permenant housing. Contact your Drug Treatment Program Specialist/Provider for information and access to program referral. Treatment specialists are familiar with program protocol. The Wright Center for Community Health is also operating this program for Luzerne County. Those eligible for services with The Wright Center for Community Health will be referred there for services.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this service with CEO: -Individual must not be a member of The Wright Center for Community Health -Individual must be a Luzerne County resident for 12 months or more -Individual needs to continue to reside in Luzerne County -Individual needs to be established with a licensed drug and alcohol provider and actively participating in treatment -If an individual is leaving a sober living house, CEO will assist; if continuing to live in a sober house, CEO will not assist -Does not accept walk-ins; referrals must come from their providers.
