Community Action Partnership - Navigation
**NOTES** Click here for Coronavirus Information The concept of navigation is to allow the entire household to work closely with a navigator to overcome any barriers that are short-circuiting their pathway to self-sufficiency. The family develops their own plan and goals, and the navigator helps identify existing assets, community resources and other supports to help them realized their goals. Navigators offer support, guidance and resources to make the journey achievable.
