Community Action Partnership of Mercer County - Supportive Services for Veterans Families Program
Provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families living in or transitioning to permanent housing.

Under this program, CAPMC aims to improve very low-income Veteran families, housing stability in Mercer County. CAPMC will provide eligible Veterans and their families with outreach, case management, and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits, which may include:
  • Health care services
  • Daily living services
  • Personal financial planning services
  • Fiduciary and payee services/Child care services
  • Housing counseling services
In addition, veterans may also be eligible for time-limited payments to third parties (e.g., landlords, utility companies and licensed child care providers) if these payments help them and their families stay in or acquire permanent housing on a sustainable basis.
