Community Guidance Center - Base Service Unit
The CGC provides a comprehensive plan for needed services for each consumer entering the Center. Treatment goals and objectives, as well as crisis intervention, are also monitored. Individuals seeking assistance in the Base Service Unit will be seen the same day or the next day by calling to schedule an appointment for an intake in either the Indiana or Punxsutawney offices.

Accepted insurances vary by location. Financial assistance through various agencies or programs may be available to those who cannot afford services on their own.
