Provides primary health care services for all ages and regardless of ability to pay to all residents of Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler and Westmoreland County. Takes all insurances, Medicaid, Medicare and has a sliding fee scale for those without health insurance. Has medical, dental, and behavioral health services all in one location. Is a Patient Centered Medical Home. Services include: general dentistry; high blood pressure, cholesterol, asthma, diabetes, and COPD services; gynecological services; pap testing; STD testing, treatment and counseling; HIV testing; family planning; immunizations; drug screening, diet and nutrition services; TB testing; laboratory testing; referral services; employment, school and non-CDL drivers physicals; counseling with a Licensed Social Worker; peer support services; community education; application assistance for Medicaid, CHIP, VA and Marketplace Insurance.
