Community Human Services Corporation - In-Home Services Program
Provides a variety of offerings to individuals with disabilities living in the community. The services help people retain housing in their communities as long as possible. The services include light housekeeping, basic personal care assistance, chore service, meal preparation, completion of simple errands/shopping, motivation and instruction, and social activities.

Eligibility: Adults aged 18 to 59 with physical or mental disabilities. Must live in the inner city of Pittsburgh, have a disability and a need. Income must be less than 125% of poverty guidelines.

Helpful Tips: CHS also offers a hoarders support group that meets the first and third Wednesday of every month from 10:30am to 12:00pm.
