Center for Literacy - ESL Family Literacy
Center for Literacy (CFL)’s Family Literacy program serves immigrant families with limited English proficiency, helping children in kindergarten through third grade read on grade level and equipping families with the skills, tools, and confidence to support their children’s learning. With support from the William Penn Foundation and United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, CFL now offers family literacy programming at three School District of Philadelphia elementary schools.
