Eligibility: Individuals diagnosed as having intellectual disabilities. All referrals come through the Developmental Disabilities Department of the Community Guidance Center or Armstrong County Family Counseling Center.

Fee Amounts: Residential clients are charged a room and board amount monthly. All other fees are covered by government funding.
