  • Community Progress Council has temporarily closed our facilities to the general public because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Appointments and programs are being offered virtually/ online.
    • CPC continues to work with families remotely.

    • Provides high-quality, comprehensive preschool services to children 3 to 5 years old and their families throughout York County.

      The program runs from August through May and uses research-based curricula to support preschoolers' intellectual, physical, social and emotional growth and to help them prepare to enter school as competent learners.

    Eligibility: Children 3 years to 5 years. Services are offered free of cost to families throughout York County who meet federal income guidelines. Services may also be available for homeless families, foster children and children with disabilities.
