  • Community Progress Council has closed our facilities to the general public.
    • CPC is seeing WIC participants on a limited basis so current women and children receiving WIC benefits continue to have access to formula and food.
    • All Early Head Start, Head Start and PreK classrooms operated by CPC are closed.
    • We are processing HEMAP applications
    • Serves pregnant women and families with children up to 3 years old, with a special focus on teen parents.
    • Our home-based and center-based services run full day/full year to offer developmentally appropriate experiences to support physical, social, emotional, cognitive and language development while empowering positive parent-child relationships.
