This program offers diversionary case management for families with children ages 0-17 who are neglected and at risk for further maltreatment, or families with parents who exhibit behaviors that could pose a safety risk to children (drug/alcohol, DV, MH).

Eligibility: Families not presently active with DHS. No reports or evidence of safety threats. No present incidents or allegations of neglect or abuse. Any previously substantiated reports of abuse or neglect should be reviewed individually
