Congreso de Latinos Unidos - E3 Center
E3 is a citywide, Philadelphia Youth Network initiative, aimed at helping out-of-school young adults ages 16 through 21 gain Education, Employment, and Empowerment skills. The E3 Program is designed to help out-of-school youth achieve educational, career and personal goals. Congreso's E3 Center is one of four E3 Centers in Philadelphia serves about 200 students annually. Classes are held Monday-Thursday, in morning and afternoon sessions.


E3 Provides academic classes, Job Readiness Training and Work Exposure, Specific supports for transitioning to college and careers, Case Management and Empowerment

Eligibility: -Young adults between the ages 16 through 21 who are not enrolled in the Philadelphia School District


-Young adults ages 16 through 21 who have already graduated from GED or HS but would like support with jobs and post-secondary education
