Delaware County Literacy Council offers free classes and tutoring services to adults who want to improve their reading, writing, math, and English language skills so they can earn a high school equivalency (GED), gain or improve employment, and become US Citizens. Classes and tutoring take place in many locations throughout Delaware County.
