Delaware County OIDD - Supports Coordination Organization
The Delaware County SCO assists individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families to locate quality supports and services to lead safe, healthy, meaningful lives.The Supports Coordinator is an individual's guide to service providers, including but not limited advocacy and community integration, and is your partner in navigating through the system.The primary role of the Supports Coordinate is to locate, coordinate and monitor services and supports that an individual receives within the service system.
Eligible Funded Supports: Day programs, Employment services, In-home supports, Respite programs, Life-sharing and other residential options, adult educational opportunities, Supports directly managed by the individual/family,Transportation, and Companion Services.
