Dental Lifeline Network - Donated Dental Services Southeastern PA
We provide dental services for the elderly, disabled and Veterans. You must be low income, no dental insurance coverage and no other way to pay for your dental care. We cannot provide emergency services or Dental Implants. You must fill out an application and it will go on a waitlist. Some Counties have a year or more waitlist.
Eligibility: Applicants must lack adequate income to pay for dental care and:
• Have a permanent disability, or
• Are elderly: age 65 or older, or
• Qualify as medically fragile.

Intake Requirements: Proof of income, expenses, no insurance benefits, DD214, dental issues and list of all medical issues.
Intake Procedure: Once your application comes to the top of the list, you will be called to go over the application. At that point we will determine if you will qualify or not. If you do and you are able to provide any and all documentation needed to proceed, we will try to find a volunteer to help with the patients dental care. The volunteer will decide what all they are willing to donate after the consult.
