Allegheny County DHS - KEYS Service Corps - AmeriCorps
KEYS AmeriCorps members tutor and mentor youth and engage them in service to their communities. Members are placed with local schools, after-school programs and community-based and faith-based organizations.

In exchange for their service, AmeriCorps members receive a modest living allowance and may be eligible for forbearance on qualified student loans, child care and health insurance. Upon successful completion they may be eligible for financial assistance for their education.

H.S. Diploma or GED (or agree to obtain one)
Be a U. S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident Alien
Be able to pass a series of clearances: Sex Offender Registry, FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal Record
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
