Elizabeth Seton Center - Adult Day Care Program - Brookline
Adult Day Services offers an alternative to institutionalization for frail, older adults and a respite care program for their families. Includes transportation, meals, reality orientation, motivational activities, life skills education, nutrition education, occupational/physical/speech/music therapies, recreation and support groups.

Eligibility: Adult Day Services is available for frail adults with or without cognitive disabilities like dementia or Alzheimer's.
