Eligibility: Persons aged 18 and older who have intellectual disabilities are eligible for residential services. Non-residential services available for youth as well.

Intake Requirements: Diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disability
Intake Procedure: Call for an appointment.
Fee Amounts: Fees are pre-determined by the State of Pennslvania Office of Developmental Programs.
