Eligibility: 1. Qualify for unemployment benefits OR experienced a reduction in income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship due directly or indirectly to COVID-19 that threaten the household's ability to pay the costs of the rental property when due
2. Demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability, which may include past due rent and utility notices and eviction notices
3. Must be at 80% Area Median Income or below.

  • 1 Person - $47,600/year
    • 2 Person - $54,400/year
    • 3 Person - $61,200/year
    • 4 Person - $68,000/year
    • 5 Person - $73,450/year
    • 6 Person - $78,900/year
    • 7 Person - $84,350/year
    • 8 Person - $89,800/year

    Intake Requirements: MUST have the following items to upload to the application:
  • 2020 Tax return (form 1040) OR 2 months of most recent paystubs OR unemployment compensation statement
    • Signed lease or rental agreement
    • Documentation from landlord or utility provider demonstrating arrears owed
    • Copy of identification (government issued photo ID or driver's license, passport, birth certificate, etc.)
    • Proof of residence, if not included in other required documents

  • Call 2-1-1 to speak with a representative.
    • There is an online application for this program.
    • Online application must be filled out at one time. Cannot go back and complete application at a later time once application process is started.
