Assists young adults in developing skills they will need to become a productive and healthy adult. The young adults live in an apartment or house in the community. The services help former foster care young adults, and are designed to provide skills to reduce the likelihood of homelessness, teen pregnancy, unemployment and other negative consequences young adults may face without proper guidance or support.
