Family Promise Transitional Housing
Provides transitional housing to help families achieve sustainable independence through safe shelter and services by a collaborative network of community organizations. Case Manager works with each family to plan their rapid return to independent housing. Helps with the services a family might need, such as: securing housing, employment, job training, and connecting to services. Pets with a Promise allows families to keep their pets while working towards independence in the program.

Eligibility:
  • Families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
    • Families that have one or more children or are currently pregnant.
    • Individuals must reside as a family and consider themselves a family unit
    • No history of domestic violence for at least 2 months.
    • No drug or alcohol abuse for at least 6 months.
    • If family had section 8 housing and lost it, the family is ineligible.
    • Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
