Provides training to adolescents making the transition from placement to independent living the skills and resources necessary to become self-sufficient members of society.

Eligibility: Youth involved with the Erie County Office of Children and Youth (OCY) who are or have been in placement. Identified and referred by the Office of Children and Youth. Youth from the Erie County Juvenile Probation population.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
