Family Support Line of Delaware County
FSL offers a range of services to children who have been sexually abused/exploited and their families. We offer free individual and family therapy, as well as psychoeducational and support /groups. Additionally, we run the Delaware County Children's Advocacy Center where children referred by Children & Youth Services, law enforcement agencies, or the District Attorney's office are interviewed when abuse is suspected. We provide abuse prevention programs for children, teens, and adults, as well as specialized professional training.

Eligibility: Children and families must have some connection to Delaware County and be affected by sexual abuse.

FSL does not provide psychiatric services, intensive case management, emergency mental health services, or 24-hour hotlines. Hours of service and scope of clinical expertise vary by clinician.

Intake Requirements: Inquiries about treatment services should be directed to the Program Director at Ext. 140. Insurance is NOT required.

Referrals to the Children's Advocacy Center must come from Children & Youth Services, law enforcement agencies, or the District Attorney's office. Private referrals (e.g., from attorneys, parents) are not accepted.

Wait List: When possible, we refer elsewhere rather than maintain a waiting list. Wait times may vary, due to variability in staffing, funding, and our ability to meet specific client/family needs.
Facility/ADA access: FSL's main office meets ADA requirements. We are committed to making our services as accessible as we can, given our resources.
Languages Spoken: Most services available in English and Spanish.

Insurance Accepted: Most services are funded through grants, government contracts, fundraising, and donations. Clients are not required to have insurance.
Public Transportation: Use of public transportation requires walking several blocks through a residential area with sidewalks.
