Provides outpatient programs for individuals seeking help with substance abuse/addiction issues. People of all ages, including children, are eligible if they have problems associated with chemical abuse; are involved with a person abusing chemicals; are experiencing problems that are a result of past chemical or substance abuse; or have a need for counseling & urine testing.
