First Step Recovery Homes - Transitional Housing
The program serves homeless, adult, men with chronic substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis who are in need of a structured, supervised, supportive living arrangement. Project participants receive subsidized food and lodging, individualized case management, individualized service plans, mental health guidance and treatment, relapse prevention counseling, twelve-step fellowship meetings, recovery study groups, nutritional and health counseling, structured life skills training, anger management counseling, budgeting and money management training, as well as career and educational counseling. Length of stay is up to 18 months.
