Freedom Transit - Emergency Ride Home

Intake Requirements: Interested Metro riders must complete a Commuter Profile with CommuteInfo in order to be registered for the ERH Program. Your Commuter Profile can be completed online at or by calling 1-888-819-6110.
Intake Procedure: Make arrangements to get home (with a ride share, taxi, car service, etc.), pay for the service, and obtain a receipt. Within 30 days of the ride, the commuter submits the refund application and receipt to CommuteInfo. The completed application must also include a copy of the receipt of payment for the emergency ride taken and proof of possession of a valid Freedom Transit multi-ticket package.
