  • DAILY LIVING ASSISTANCE TASKS: bathing, dressing and grooming, doing laundry and getting groceries.

    • RESPITE CARE: sole caregiver of a consumer is able to leave the home for short periods weekly for business or recreational purposes.

    • HOME SUPPORT SERVICES: assistance with laundry and grocery shopping for up to 2 hours every other week. Note: laundry and grocery shopping are private pay.

    • Trained care assistants from contracted Home Health Agencies provide the services authorized by the care manager.
