Case Management for Homeless Families
Provides case management for families (parent[s] with children) dealing with homelessness. Families live at host congregations for one week at a time and rotate around to twelve different churches in the area that provide shelter, three free meals a day, and often provide evening activities and fellowship for the guests. Each day, families are transported to the Day Center by the FPHCR bus where families can do laundry, shower, and get ready for school or work. C) On-site computer and printer to apply for assistance, employment opportunities or research meetings, activities, and events to aid in your recovery efforts.
