Back to School Event that helps Lancaster students start the school year off right. Students in grades K through 8 who register for the giveaway will receive backpacks, school uniforms, shoes and school supplies donated by the community.

School supplies and backpacks are collected for the month of July. Backpacks are then filled with those supplies and distributed to each of our 15 partner agencies and local school districts to children in need throughout Schuylkill County. List of supplies needed are notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, lined paper, rulers, scissors, folders and other miscellaneous items.
Supplies can be dropped off at various locations in the county. Call the office at 570-622-6421 for drop off sites as it changes from year to year.

Accepts school supplies that are distributed to students in the community.

Accepts donations of durable medical equipment (such as walkers, wheelchairs, and hospital beds), school textbooks and other new or gently used school supplies, and new (unopened) personal hygiene items such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, adult diapers, and feminine hygiene products for distribution around the globe. Financial contribtions welcome.

Operates a Choice Food Pantry. Offers clothes, toys, school supplies, and other basic needs. Provides Information and Referral by directing clients to available agencies and resources for assistance according to the need. Offers Life Skills Training and emergency assistance. Accepts donations.

Assists children and their families by providing the necessary items to help a child for the upcoming school year. The children require basic supplies such as pencils, paper, binders, backpacks, but also need things such as uniforms, shoes and clothing.

Accepts new and gently used clothing and household items for distribution to community members in need.

Especially in need of household items, and new (unopened) baby products (diapers/wipes and formula), toiletries, cleaning supplies, and shelf-stable food. Also welcomes financial contributions.

Provides clothes, household goods, holiday toys, school supplies, and food. Seeks supplies through donations.

Collects school supplies for Columbia students.
Items needed: #2 pencils, pens, glue sticks, crayons, colored pencils, markers and highlighters, pocket folders, construction paper, scissors, batteries (AA &AAA) ear buds, book bags.

Manor Church: M-Th, 9:00am to 4:00pm
Columbia Borough Office: M-F 9:00am to 4:00pm
National Night Out: August 2nd, 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Offers school supplies, clothings store gift cards, and shoe store gift cards.

Accepts new and gently used clothing, books, toys, shoes, and essential household items. Accepts NEW diapers, socks, underwear, school supplies, period supplies, hygiene items, hats, gloves, and scarves.

Provides long-term housing program. Seeks volunteers and donations.

Provides school supplies to children in need.

Holds an event that provides schoolchildren in need with backpacks filled with school supplies each August.



School supplies also available through the HELP Center year round.
