Also offers the Microloan Program which provides loans and technical assistance to groups of 10-15 entrepreneurs who collectively guarantee the loans, mitigating the risk of lending to borrowers with limited collateral and credit history.

The Upside Allentown Neighborhood Partnership Program oversees a revitalization program for Allentown's Center City neighborhood.

19-week "Start your own business" courses are offered at the CADC of Bethlehem and at the CADC of Allentown. $75 fee is reimbursed upon successful completion of course. Technical assistance is also available for small businesses looking to expand.
