Administers Energy Assistance through the PPL OnTrack program allows reduced monthly payments and debt forgiveness for past due bills for PPL customers who qualify.

Provides qualified Delaware County residents with financial assistance to avoid eviction or to move into a new residence. Funds are provided on a case by case basis. Funding is limited and depends upon availability.

Provides a range of financial and supportive services to low-income veterans and their families. Assistance can include help with rent, mortgage, or utility payments. After reviewing application and all back-up documentation, applicant will be notified about assistance eligibility. The process may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the type of assistance applied for.
