Provides a program for new moms who are pregnant with their first baby. Once enrolled in the program you wil be connected to a registered nurse who will provide the support, advice, and information to have a healthy pregnancy, a healthy baby, and be a great mom. Once the baby arrives, the NFP nurse will work with new moms on breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, safe sleep techniques, and much more.

Funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Healthy Beginnings Plus is a program for pregnant women who are income eligible. During pregnancy income eligibility increases to 185% above Federal Poverty Guidelines. Services provided by the program include:

- assistance of a special counselor
- nutrition instruction
- childbirth education
- parenting and baby tips classes
