Power Scholars Academy™ is a 6-week summer learning program designed to help advance students’ academic achievement taught by certified teachers through a full day of challenging math and reading instruction; fun arts, science, technology and engineering enrichment activities, community and career exploration; and a healthy breakfast and lunch.
Children who successfully participate can expect a 1 to 3 month gain in math and reading
over the summer. Regular attendance throughout the program is expected
and required.

Adults in the IAC have the opportunity to study at home at their own pace and earn a high school diploma from the Multi-Cultural Academy Charter School (MACS).
Upon completion of all requirements, the graduates of the IAC participate in the Multi-Cultural Academy Charter School commencement ceremonies and receive a MACS diploma, as well as career counseling and support services for pursuing post-secondary education.
The IAC high school diploma program is a collaborative effort with the IAC's sister educational institution, the Multi-Cultural Academy Charter School, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education, the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, and the Philadelphia Youth Network.

Supports the Northeast Community Springboard Coalition and Project Peace. NCSC is a group of concerned citizens who give their time to prevent and reduce the use of alcohol and other substances by youth in their community. Project Peace is an afterschool program in the Reading School District and the ILEAD Charter School for youth whose mission is to educate others about the dangers of drugs and violence and to increase peace in their community.

Provides a mentoring and learning program focused on integrating refugee youth into Erie public, charter and private schools. Children and youth in the program receive homework help, mentoring from volunteers and staff members and participate in enrichment activities that boost self esteem and promote learning.
