Provides the following services: Emergency Shelter: Hotel accommodation for a limited number of days for individuals and families without shelter. Emergency Solutions Grant: Housing relocation, stabilization, and rental assistance to rehouse those without shelter and prevent losing their homes. Home Again: Permanent supportive housing families with children, in particular those struggling with mental illness, includes vocational and educational assistance, life skills training, rental subsidies, and referrals to substance abuse and mental health treatments. Fairless Hills - Those In Need
Provides emergency financial assistance for individuals in financial crisis, including: emergency shelter at a local motel, move-in assistance, prescriptions, legal documents, gas, and minor car repairs. Also provides transportation in Lower Bucks to various mental health and doctor's appointments, food pantries, grocery stores, thrift stores, laundromat, and BCOC for a shower.

Emergency Housing
Serves as is the primary provider of emergency housing to persons and families experiencing homelessness in Delaware County. Operates three homeless shelters and makes referrals to other programs as well. Also offers limited short-term emergency housing placements for families experiencing homelessness and vulnerable single adults while waiting on shelter vacancies or alternative housing options.

A federally funded assistance program, that provides a one (1) month mortgage or a one (1) month metered utility payment or vendor minimum delivery amount of a non-metered utility (wood, oil or propane if the primary heat source). This service may also allow for hotel/motel vouchers in order to provide shelter to homeless individuals. Sullivan County households can be assisted once a year through this program while funds are available and on a first come first serve basis.

As Council funds permit, heat and utilities aid is available and can be provided on a one time basis to any resident family or individual faced with a crisis or tragedy who are unable to make payment. Likewise, pass through travelers incurring an emergency may inquire from the Schuylkill Haven or PA State Police about overnight lodging and food.
