The 21st Century Cohort 11 out-of-school time program will provide academic enrichment opportunities to students in grades 1st to 5th from Benjamin Franklin & Lafayette Schools in the Uniontown Area School District. The students from these schools attend programming at the East End United Community Center on Monday through Thursday from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. The other site is at the Waynesburg Central Elementary School grades 1st to 5th from the Central Greene School District. Students attend this program Monday through Thursday from 3:15 pm to 5:45 pm. Both programs follow the school district schedule based on delays, holidays, in-services, etc. There will also be a five-week summer school program that starts in mid-June and ends in late July that will run from 9 am to 1 pm. Finally, both programs receive free dinners through the Child and Adult Food Care Program and Summer Food Service Program.

Special Education Project of PIN works to protect the rights of children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders in the educational system. Dental Internship:
The dental internship program has been modeled after NTIEC's long-standing hospital internship program, whereas students will participate for three hours a day, once a week for approximately five-seven weeks during the fall and spring semesters. This unique opportunity will provide students with an up front and close look at the various jobs available in dentistry. They will observe and shadow dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, lab technicians and the office staff. Intership designed for 10th to 12th grades.

Hospital Internship:
Students visit area hospitals for two to three hours once a week for six-seven weeks during the fall or spring semester.
