Provides one-time assistance for costs (co-pays or retail amount) of prescription medication used to treat a life threatening illness. Paid directly to pharmacy.

Provides a one-time grant for respiratory medications. Applicant must have no insurance coverage and requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Does not usually cover antibiotics.

Provides prescription expense assistance.

Offers prescription assistance programs, PACE (Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly) and PACENET, for Pennsylvania residents age 65 or older with limited income. Provides information regarding the numerous plans covered by Medicare and assists with enrollment.

Provides eye exams and prescription lenses for a client once in a twelve-month period, provided there is a change in the prescription.

Provides information, referral, case support, shelter and other material supports to low income households, enabling those individuals and families to avoid increasing disruption to health, welfare, educational and economic advancement.

* Second hand furniture (Easton residents only)
* Rental assistance: One month of rent. Documentation of income, circumstances leading to income lose or increase in expenses and proof of sustainability (Operates on a waiting list)
* Emergency shelter vouchers available if all requirements are met: 1) client(s) must be eligible for a shelter bed 2) all shelter bed(s) are full 3) a verifiable plan is in place for where the client(s) will go when leaving shelter

Provides financial assistance with other utilities such as water or sewer, funeral expenses, life-threatening medications, and clothing vouchers.

Provides some financial assistance for uncovered mental health-related medications, treatment and support services.

Coordinates and administers services to help clients to make decisions and choices about their own care, enabling them to be active in their communities

Focusing on service to veterans, service members and communities. Programs for Family, Youth, Community and National Affairs. Help with VA claims, assistance in finding employment, support for current members of the military, and financial advice.

Provides certain prescription medications free of charge or for a nominal fee. Assists in determining whether applicants may be eligible for manufacturers' programs, for any current settlement programs, or other avenues of assistance.

Assists with rent, utility bills, clothing, or medical bills. This assistance may include emergency service delivery and/or referrals/consultations to other agencies or organizations with the means to solve the problem. No funds are given to individuals - instead, all payments are made directly to landlords and other vendors.

Offers transit services at a reduced rate for adults age 65+ and persons with disabilities ages 18 to 64. Also provides services to Medicaid recipients through the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) for transportation to and from medical appointments, pharmacies to pick up prescriptions, and medical-related equipment providers if Medicaid pays for those expenses.

Provides a one time only assistance focusing on the following needs: energy assistance, housing and medical assistance. People needing help may call or submit a written application to the organization. All requests are evaluated in confidentiality. The organization also attempts to put applicants in contact with additional organizations that can assist them.

Operates Adams Electric Co-op Project Helping Hands (PHH) program for those seeking electric help and Salvation Army program for those seeking help with various bills including rent (only helps with late rent bills/payments), utilities (not covered by PHH), and prescription expense assistance.

Offers vendor transportation or mileage reimbursement to help you get to medical care or services from a Medical Assistance provider. Required to provide individuals with the least expensive, most appropriate transportation service available that will meet needs.

Services can be used to go to medical appointments or to get to any service Medical Assistance pays for. These medical services include: medical and dental visits, trips to the pharmacy to get prescriptions, mental health treatment, drug & alcohol treatment, and trips to medical equipment suppliers.

Provides help with the cost of prescriptions on a very limited basis.

Partners with Single Care (formerly FamilyWize) to increase the health and financial stability of families in community. Through their prescription savings card, Single Care works to make prescription medications more affordable for all families, so that no one ever has to make the hard choice between the medications they need, and other basics like food or rent.

Provides emergency assistance for any heating source, fuel, water, medication, clothing, hygiene supplies, transportation, information and referral, and other expenses as funding allows. Cannot provide assistance for funeral related costs or narcotic prescriptions.

Assists with the following bills: medical (physician verified), prescriptions (must receive fax from doctor's office verifying prescription), electric (no CAP recipients), gas (no CAP recipients), water, local phone bill payment/connection (up to $20), and bus passes/gas vouchers (employment or medical purposes).

Provides financial assistancer for heating, rent, utilities, mortgage, car, medical and prescription expenses and other needs on case by case basis depending on available funding.

Ministry provides assistance with medical issues; help with prescriptions, medical supplies/equipment, dental and visual(glasses) assistance , transportation to appointments out of town, bus passes for reaching medical treatment in town, hygiene items, and clinical pastoral counseling.
