See Yourself Health is a provider of Telehealth group support for those experiencing heightened stress and anxiety during the COVID-19 crisis. COVID-19 Free counseling/support resource - the vast majority of our focus is now on coping with isolation and far less on diabetes.
During COVID-19, See Yourself Health has increased accessibility through teleconferencing and phone lines to more easily serve those without computers and internet technology.

Telehealth Intervention Program for Seniors (TIPS)
Program uses non-invasive, FDA-approved medical devices to assess the health of seniors. Trained student technicians from the University of Scranton measure the seniors blood oxygen levels, blood pressure, pulse and weight at least twice weekly. The readings are transmitted to a nurse who reviews them remotely and will contact the senior directly at the first sign of concern.
