    Provides emergency shelter for men and women in Delaware county. Code Blue shelter. Provides van transportation to the shelter, clean linen, a safe place to sleep, staff oversight, snacks and meals depending upon the church as well as access to daytime case management and day servuces such as showers, laundry, and various educational programs.

    Code Blue Emergency Warming Center provides a warm place to sleep during the winter months. Warming Center is located at the First United Methodist Church, 604 Market Street, Williamsport will be opened every day from January 3 until March 16. Entry time is from 9 to 10 pm, door will then be locked for security reasons. Shelter closes 7:30 am.
