Services include:
Environmental Health services include sanitation, animal control, lead abatement and food services.
Clinic services:
- Family Planning Clinic, immunization clinic and TB clinic are available by appointment only.
- Wellness Center at the Health Bureau offers some immunizations and health screenings. Open Monday and Friday, 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Appointments preferred.
- Walk in STD clinic offered Wednesdays 10:00am to 1:00pm
Emergency Preparedness Division educates individuals and businesses on preparing for natural disasters, epidemics and/or other emergencies. Recruits and trains the medical reserve corps, a medical related volunteer corps that can be mobilized in response to disasters.
Maternal and Child Health services include free dental care for uninsured children attending Bethlehem school district and in-home asthma trigger assessments.
Chronic Disease and Health Education Programs focus on smoking prevention/cessation, injury prevention, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis.

Adaptive modifications, such as widening hallways, lowering the kitchen counters, enlarging bathrooms, or adding grab bars that will increase the ability of a person with disabilities to perform activities of daily living.
Other adaptive modifications that will enable a person with a disability to remain in the home and prevent institutionalization.
These funds may not be used to modify units owned or operated by public housing authorities or a facility licensed by DPW or Department of Health (DOH) for support services; for relocation expenses; for escrowing purposes to return the unit to its original condition.
