General Improvement Loans support the rehabilitation and improvement of residential properties.

-Residential weatherization services are provided under the PPL WRAP program, FirstEnergy WARM program, UGI Low Income Usage Reduction Program and the PA Department of Community and Economic Development Weatherization Assistance Program.
-Manages the LIHEAP crisis program in Lehigh and Northampton counties. This program provides for repair or replacement of heating systems in cold weather emergency situations for qualified low-income households.
