Home Rehabilitation Program
The purpose of this county wide program is to help low to moderate income home owners correct violations of the BOCA Property Maintenance Code, Local and State Codes, and the Section 8 Housing Quality Standards. Violations include, but are not limited to, structural, plumbing, heating, and electrical problems. Also addresses lead based paint reduction.

Handicap accessible modifications are also included in this program. Modifications include, but are not limited to, widened doorways, ramps, and accessible bathrooms and kitchens.

    Facilitates all aspects of the multiple projects comprising Washington County's Continuum of Care. Homeless / Housing Services include: Emergency Shelter Services, Safe Haven, Transitional Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Shelter Plus Care, and Homeless Prevention Programs. Supportive Services include Case Management Services and Information and Referral.
