Provides 120 Single Room Occupancy units for rent. Each room is fully furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, a desk, chair and telephone with local access and voice mail. Each floor has a fully renovated bathroom, laundry room, kitchenette and lounge area with cable TV and VCR. Vending facilities are also available on each of the 4 floors. The lower levels of the building contain not only residence rooms, but also an office area, visitor's lounge, game room, and a full service kitchen. All community areas are handicap accessible along with a designated number of rooms.

A Case Manager and Drug and Alcohol Counselor are available on-site to assist any resident requesting support.

Emergency, community shelter-type rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and require a referral from LifePath Ministries.

Please, note, these rooms are rarely available, especially in the winter time.

Also offer long-term housing for low income women and women with children.
